Return & Refund Policy
In case of a return, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must fulfill the following requirements:
To be in the original packaging.
To have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The responsibility for the product content belongs to the client. However, if MuscleMaker send a different product from your request due to our mistake, we will exchange it free of charge. So please check the contents as soon as possible after the product arrives.
If the product is not what you want, please contact us within 5 days of your arrival.
MuscleMaker is not responsible for minor damage that does damage the product. Please consider that it maybe damage caused during the delivery. For example: distorted boxes. Please note that we cannot return products with scratches, dirt, deterioration, etc. by yourself. No complaints or exchanges after using part or all the product will be accepted.
If your family or recipient is refused delivery for any reason at the time of delivery, the product will be returned to the Post Office.
In this case, the product will be disposed of at the return destination. We do not offer refunds for rejected products.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
